An important part of being the best version of ourselves is taking care of our bodies! Everything from what we eat to how we act influences our bodily state, even down to the way we feel mentally. Eating a plant-based diet will not only allow you to be physically healthy, but can also bring you to your pinnacle health, one with energy, mental and physical stamina, and motivation. Looking at the various athletes who are plant-based, whether for the health benefits or for the animals, is evidence that one can not only survive, but thrive on a plant-based diet.
